ORDERING

Whats the status of my order?

Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During the busy seasons (spring and summer), we may need additional time because of the heavy volume of sales. Once shipped, you'll get an email notifictaion with a tracking number, so you can follow up on the order. If you feel that your order is taking longer than expected, please contact Customer Service at admin@cyclingacademy.org to check on the status.

How can I cancel my order?

You can choose to cancel your order within 1 hour of confirmation by accessing the "My Orders” section within your MyAccount profile. Orders that have left the warehouse cannot be canceled, for more information and assist you can send email to admin@cyclingacademy.org

How can I check my order status?

If you have created a MyAccount profile you will be able to check your order status into the “My Orders” section. On the other side if you choose to complete an order via the "New Customer” guest checkout you won’t be able to check your order status on the website. In both cases, once an order had been shopped, you'll receive an email notifciation with your parcel's postal tracking number.

How can I change my order?

You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchasing process. Once an order is confirmed, you can no longer make any changes to it online. You can email us at admin@cyclingacademy.org for any request.

What Is "out of stock" mean?

The " out of stock " label means that a product or a particular color or shade is currently unavailable. We invite you to check the website regularly for product availability.

If I want to change my shipping address, what should I do?

To change a shipping address or add an address other than the billing address, all you need to do is uncheck the “The shipping address matches the billing address” checkbox during the checkout process. You may be able to type in and save multiple shipping addresses.

PAYMENTS

What are the forms of payment I can select?

You can pay either by using your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or by PayPal.

Can I pay using PayPal without PayPal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR. If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

How do I request invoice?

The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail after the purchase is complete.

Why is my card getting declined?

Possible reasons your transaction declined at Checkout:

1.You entered a billing address that does not match the information on file with your card issuer. This is the #1 error most customers experience.

2.You entered a CV2/security code that does not match your card.

3.Rejected by your card issuer. Contact your card issuer for clarification. We do not have any control over a financial entity's actions. 4. You used a credit card that we don't accept (American Express, for example).

When will my payment method be charged?

Immediately at the point of sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can, only if the item haven't been used yet. Please refer to our exchange return policy and process.

If I used the product, can I return it?

No. Any used merchandise will render it unacceptable for a refund. We only allow returns that are in its original condition: brand new, unused, not damaged, packaging intact. If your return is clearly used, we may issue a restock fee or reject. If rejected, you are responsible for the return shipment back to you.

PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

I have a promotion code , how do I use it?

To use a promotional code, type it into the designated place during the checkout process. If your code is correct, the amount and/or content of the Shopping Bag will be recalculated based on the promotion applied.

The code i type is not valid. Why?

Each promotional code has specific rules regarding its use, such as the validity period, the minimum amount of the order, or the type of products purchased and the fact that it cannot be combined with other promotional codes. The codes are case sensitive so we recommend copying and pasting voucher codes to guarantee that the code is accepted.

Does the discount code apply to shipping fee?

No, promotional codes which entitle you to a discount are applied only to the amount of the products and do not include the shipping costs.
