A fierce competitor, who got into cycling thanks to a regular group ride that passed by his house each week, Jason has developed quite quickly. Thanks in large part to his ambitious nature, Jason Raced in Canada in 2015, and jumped to Europe in 2016, beating World Champion Peter Sagan in a sprint, as well as taking 6th in the U23 World Championship. When not on his bike Jason can be found taking in the world and meeting new people, or checking out new music “Trying to find new bangers for my playlist”. Just don’t get in between Jason and chocolate, as perhaps Peter Sagan found out -Jason WILL outsprint you for it!
One of, the fastest rising starts out of Spain, Jose is arguably the best amateur climber in all of Spain. Few will contest this fact, as Jose won the Valenciaga race in 2016, and is Cycling Academies top climber. With a passion for climbing, Jose literally feels at home when the grade of the road goes up: his house is in the middle of a long climb. When spending time away from the bike, Jose enjoys being in nature, Bowling, going to the beach, or you can find him watching a comedy or Sci-fi, while chowing down on some of his favorite sushi.
Over the last 2 years, Dan has been an integral part of helping Cycling Academy Team grow to attain its goals and targets. Seen as the wise, experienced rider, Dan not only advises his younger teammates to teach them from his World-Tour and Olympic experiences, but he keeps the mood fun and light. Perhaps this was best showcased for the cycling world as “his beard” live tweeted throughout the Olympic Road Race in Rio. When he’s not riding, Roy enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, or exploring “deep space” as he heads to the ocean for scuba diving to relax with the fish. If he’s not in the water, you’ll find him up in the mountains, skiing his way down the slopes.

When He’s off the bike Aviv keeps in touch with his friends, no matter where in the world he is, and he loves to cook Chef style: picking out ingredients at the market with a menu in mind, and creating it all from scratch!
